PDF Purchases
Attempts to prevent piracy using Digital Rights Management (DRM) mechanisms do not work, which is precisely why we save both you and us the hassle of having to deal with such inconveniences. Of course, the lack of any such anti-piracy mechanism makes it that much easier to copy the PDFs, not to mention upload them to a file-sharing network.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for any purchased PDF.

Damaged Books
All books are sent out in padded envelopes, greatly reducing the likelihood of damage while in transit. Nonetheless, accidents do occasionally happen, so if your book was damaged during the shipping process, email us at support@easyphpwebsites.com and we'll make arrangements to provide you with a new book.

Book Returns
If you've purchased a print book and are not happy with the material, we'll accept the return and refund your money provided the book is returned in as-new condition. You will be responsible for shipping charges incurred. Contact us at support@easyphpwebsites.com for more information. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original transaction.
